Yoga mats are available for participants to borrow, but it is highly recommended for you to bring your own. You can purchase a personal yoga mat at Gear Central for $12, located on the lower level of the Student Life Center.

No classes at this time.

You must be a current semester U of U student or Campus Recreation Services member to participate in fitness program classes at the Eccles Student Life Center. Registration is non-transferrable.

  • Climbing Conditioning, Aquatics Program classes, Creative Wellness, SUP Workshops, and Bob Ross Paint-Alongs are not included in the Group Fitness Pass.
  • Schedule revisions are subject to change due to instructor availability, personal emergencies, and illness.
  • Refunds for Creative Wellness Classes, Workshops, Meditations, SUP Yoga, and Paint Alongs must be requested at least 24 hours before the event.
  • Regularly scheduled fitness classes will not take place during school holidays and breaks.
