Advertise With Us
Campus Recreation Services offers a variety of ways to advertise in our residential areas. Advertising with Campus Recreation has no cost but is limited to University departments and registered student groups.
Process:
- Fill out the request form below
- Deliver printed materials to the Student Life Center Membership desk
- Email digital files to kira.seprish@crs.utah.edu
Timeline:
Advertising requests should be sent at least three weeks prior to the week you would like them to be placed. This timeframe ensures our team adequate time to review content and artwork specifications (and ask for potential changes/resubmissions), adequate time for groups to print/produce/deliver print materials, and time for our staff to process and place advertising materials for the timeframe of each event. Any materials that do not meet the outlined specifications will not be posted.
Approved flyers and posters will be placed in a glass cabinet near the Membership desk. Flyers and posters are not allowed behind the turnstiles.
Artwork Specifications:
- Size 8.5x11 or 11x17
- Name (and logo) of the University department or recognized student group
The Student Life Center has two UBN monitors in the lobby available for campus advertising.
Artwork Specifications:
- Size 1920x1080
- Resolution: 150-300 DPI. File size must be smaller than 5 MB
- The graphic will be displayed for 10 seconds on each content loop
