Class descriptions
Cycle 45
Get on the bike and ride for an effective and efficient 45 minute workout! The instructor will lead you through a series of hills, sprints, and flats, accompanied by music!
Cycle & Core
This class will get your heart rate pumping and your core chiseled! The first 40 minutes of class will be on the bike while the instructor leads you through jumps, hills, sprints, and drills. The last 20 minutes of class will bring you to your mat to target all areas of your core to truly create a full-body functional workout.
Cycle & Strength
This class combines the best of both worlds-cardio and strength training! The first part of class will take place on the bike, targeting your cardiovascular system and leg strength. The second part of class will take place off the bike, where the instructor will guide you through a variety of resistance exercises for a total body workout!
C.R.E.W. Method
Cardio-Recover-Engage-Weights. This total body workout merges several types of fitness classes into one. It incorporates cardio, toning, core work, and compound moves using a combination of body weight and light weight dumbbells. Each move is choreographed to fun, upbeat music!
HIGH Fitness
HIGH Fitness is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates aerobic interval training with music you love and intense easy to follow fitness choreography. It combines FUN (pop songs of old and new that everyone knows and loves) with INTENSITY (interval, plyometrics and cardio) with CONSISTENCY (each song has specific simple moves taught the same by all instructors). HIGH Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks. Get Addicted to being fit!
Zumba®
A fusion of Latin music and easy to follow dance moves that create a dynamic total body workout. Routines feature interval sessions of fast and slow rhythms for a calorie burning, heart-racing, muscle-pumping, body-energizing, “fitness party”!
Latin Ballroom
Latin Ballroom is a partnered dance where one partner is designated as the lead and
the other partner is the follow. The participant will learn how to both lead and follow
in this class. Participants will be introduced to a wide range of dances including
the waltz, rumba, salsa, cha cha, jive, swing, tango and more!

This is an introductory class. No dance experience required.
Cardio Dance
This dance-inspired cardio class incorporates easy-to-follow dance moves set to trending pop and hip hop music. Get ready for one hour of music-driven, heart-pumping fun! No dance experience necessary.
Total Body Conditioning
This class is a perfect combination of strength and cardio. Participants will use a variety of equipment including barbells, plates, dumbbells, and bodyweight to improve strength, develop cardiovascular fitness, and build muscle.
Arms & Abs
Sculpt and strength every muscle in your upper body with this non-stop, heart-pumping workout. Using dumbbells, mats, and bands, you'll work through exercises to tone your arms, shoulders, chest, back, and abs.
BODYPUMP
Using light to moderate weights on barbells, with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques while pumping out encouragement, motivation, and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
Climbing Conditioning
Need strength for climbing? This class will take you from the gym to sending your projects outside! Climbing Conditioning focuses on increasing flexibility, endurance, finger strength, and muscles vital to improving climbing capabilities.
Ski Conditioning
Get your fitness level ready for the upcoming winter sport season! Using brand new functional fitness equipment, your coach will lead you through strength circuits and conditioning drills specifically designed to improve your athletic performance. Whether you’re backcountry skiing, or skiing or shredding at a resort, you will start the season off strong so you don’t lose those first few days to soreness and muscle tightness.
TRX® Suspension Training
Suspension training is a revolutionary method of leveraged body weight exercises. Safely perform hundreds of movements that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose.
Quick HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class is a 30 minute, total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.
B.L.A.S.T.
This class stands for Booty, Legs, Abs, Stretch, & Tone! It contains a mix of strength and cardio full body exercises followed by gentle stretching. Get ready to raise your heart rate, improve strength & endurance, and tone your body. Have fun and be prepared to sweat!
HIIT Circuits
Get in and out in only 45 minutes! This class uses fundamentals of metabolic conditioning to improve all your energy systems while simultaneously building functional strength. Your coach will take you through a variety of strength and conditioning exercises in an intentional way to push you you’re your limits, while still honoring all fitness levels and abilities. We’ve got the best equipment in our NEW functional fitness studio to help you reach your goals of being strong, healthy, and confident.
XFit
This 45 minute class is typically comprised of lifting or skill work followed by a high-intensity metabolic conditioning workout. XFit combines elements of cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy, using a combination of functional movements. The workout may feature any combination of running, rowing, biking, jumping rope, gymnastics, body weight movements (air squats, push-ups, etc), and/or weightlifting movements. Workouts are constantly varied in structure, time domain, and movements.
Gentle Yoga
Introduction to yoga is a great class for anyone who is new to yoga. In a comfortable environment, this class will introduce the fundamentals of a yoga practice, including breath, proper alignment, and poses. This class is useful for those trying to work around injuries or individuals with limited flexibility.
Good Morning Yoga
Wake up with a gentle vinyasa flow yoga class. The instructor will lead you through yoga poses by linking breath with movement. Get ready to begin your day with your mind and body connected and refreshed!
Mindfulness & Gentle Stretching
Take a mid-day break to re-center your mind and body. The instructor will lead you through mindfulness exercises, as well as light stretching and movement to wake up your body after a morning at your school or work desk. This class will be low-intensity and low-impact, so you can even do this class in your work clothes!
Mindful Yoga
Mindful Yoga will focus on a calming, quite atmosphere to center the body and mind. Emphasis will be placed on lengthened meditation time to improve serenity, in addition to a gentle flow to comfortably lengthen and strengthen your muscles.
Pilates
A pilates based mat class combining core alignment, posture, and flexibility exercises to build strength and to improve flexibility, agility, body awareness and posture.
Power Restore Yoga
This class will begin with power yoga flows to really warm and strengthen the body. Then, the instructor will lead you through slower holds at the end to really open up and relax both your muscles and your mind.
Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a fitness-based vinyasa practice. An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, it has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction.
Soft Flow & Restore Yoga
The instructor will guide you in a gentle yoga flow suitable for all ability and experience levels, and then soften into restful stretches and restorative postures. This is the perfect class for when you want a little bit of movement and a lot of relaxation!
Sunrise Hatha Yoga
Awaken and begin your day with an energizing & grounding practice. This class is a balance of joint warming movements, gentle flows, breath awareness and long stretches finishing with relaxation and guided meditation. Suitable for everybody. Beginners are welcome!
SUP Yoga
Practice yoga on the water and improve your strength, balance, and focus! This Stand UP Paddle Board Yoga class incorporates hatha and vinyasa flows, providing a full body workout. Please wear water-resistant workout attire or a bathing suit. No experience necessary!
Recharge Yoga
Finished a long day of hiking, climbing, skiing, or just living your busy life? End your day with Recharge Yoga, where your instructor will take you through traditional yoga poses in a gentle, flowing class. Extra care will be given to overworked muscle groups, using both movement and deep stretching. This class for anyone with a busy lifestyle who needs a little rest and relaxation, not just athletes!
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Increase your strength and flexibility by uniting body and breath. You’ll learn to move with absolute awareness as you flow from one posture to another. The practice becomes a meditation in motion.
Yin Yoga & Meditation
Yin yoga uses longer stretches to target the connective tissues of the body. Expect relaxing music and holding poses longer to help you really melt into the stretch. Instructors will also guide you through meditation and breathing exercises to calm your mind and spirit.
Aqua HIIT
Aqua HIIT consists of a water-based, high-intensity, interval training workout designed to burn fat and strengthen your muscles. With a combination of bursts of intense exercise and varying rest periods, this class is a fun way to train your whole body. Register for Aqua HIIT here!
Fitness Swimming
This program is great for those that are looking to change up their workout routine, challenge themselves in a different environment, cross train, prepare for a triathlon or other competition, and more! Each workout is tailored to strengths, weaknesses and general goals of the Fitness Swimming participants and can be further tailored to each participants goals. There are no prerequisites, however, all Fitness Swimming participant’s should be able to swim 50 yards freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, and be able to tread in deep water for at least 1 minute. SUP Yoga
Practice yoga on the water and improve your strength, balance, and focus! This Stand UP Paddle Board Yoga class incorporates hatha and vinyasa flows, providing a full body workout. Please wear water-resistant workout attire or a bathing suit. No experience necessary!
Barre
No dance experience needed! Effectively strengthen, tone and balance the entire body by integrating the use of light weights and various props with minimal impact. Students will focus on form and precision while performing small isometric movements as instructors emphasize basic alignment, foundation, and specific muscle actions. Each class includes several highly effective sequences of toning and resistance exercises with an emphasis on the core, arms, seat and thighs.
Ballet Fit
Using elements of classical ballet, participants will learn form and technique while simultaneously strengthening and stretching your muscles. No prior dance experience is needed; we'll teach you all the technique and vocabulary!
