Work one-on-one with one of our trainers to create a personalized fitness regimen that suits your needs! After a virtual consultation, we design a 4-week fitness routine based on your priorities, equipment available, and preferred workout frequency. This program can be puchased as often as needed - just once or every month - so if you get stuck in a regimen rut, let us know so we can help you out!

  • 4-week personalized fitness regimen
  • 30-minute virtual consultation
  • 30-minute virtual meeting to review the program
  • Two optional 15-minute follow-up mettings
