First, create an account at www.imleagues.com/utah. If you have a full team, create your team under the sport you wish to play. Once you have the minimum player requirement, you can select your league or division. If you need more assistance signing up, contact Blaine Spencer

If you don't have a team, you may sign up for any sport as a "free agent". Look for teams that say "looking for players" and email the captain of those teams. Or you may send a request to join the team. Good luck and have fun!

Yes! You can play in leagues like basketball and soccer, as well as all tournaments like table tennis and bowling. 

Skill levels are not important in intramurals. Most sport leagues will split up into recreational and competitive brackets for playoffs. You can be as competitive as you want to be!

Teams generally play once per week on specific days. Unless it's a special event, games are not played on weekends.
