Creative Wellness Ideas

houseplantsWhile mindfulness and meditation has seen a surge in popularity, sometimes sitting in a quiet place and clearing your mind might not be for everyone. Coloring

If you have access to a printer and some colored pencils or crayons, a simple Google search will give you thousands of options of free downloadable coloring pages! Here’s a cute one from Crayola that encompasses Utah’s nickname as the Beehive State:

Or, you can download a color-by-number app on your smartphone like the Happy Color TM – Paint by Number app that includes 6,000 free coloring pages.

Paper Crafts

Caring for Indoor Plants

If you do want to get a better green thumb and start taking care of some houseplants, here is a beginner’s guide to easy-to-care-for houseplants!
