Need a little motivation? Short of kicking down your door and dragging you to the gym, our trainers will do everything they can to motivate you into the best shape of your life.

Fitness Assessment

$27 (required to start program) We start with an assessment of where you are physically.

The assessment will measure:

  • Resting blood pressure/heart rate
  • Body composition
  • Flexibility
  • Muscular strength and endurance
  • Cardiovascular endurance

Cost Per 1 Hour Session

1-3 sessions: $30.00
4 or more sessions: $27.00

Signing Up

Sign up for a Personal Trainer at the Field House front desk. Payment is required at sign up. You will then be contacted by your trainer to schedule your Fitness Assessment and future sessions.
