RENTAL POLICIES
Reservations
Equipment may be reserved beginning Monday of the week of check-out by paying the full rental fee. Boat reservations for any time during the river running season may be made beginning on the last Monday of March. To reserve boats or bikes two days rental fee must be paid. Any balance is due one week prior to equipment pick-up. Reservations are possible only for rental periods of two days or longer. Reservations for one day are not possible.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancelled equipment is subject to a 10% cancellation fee. A shop credit for 100% of the amount paid may be available. Any equipment cancelled the day of pick up will result in a loss of all fees paid. Boats and bikes have a more specific cancellation policy. See the supplemental contract for details.
Return Policies
Equipment is due by 5:00 pm on the return date (boats and bikes by 4:00 pm). Equipment returned late will be charged a $2.00 service fee plus the additional day rental fee for each day late. Equipment returned soiled or damaged will be assessed a cleaning and/or damage fee. It is the responsibility of the renter to check the condition of the equipment at the time of check out.
