Cycling - Get on the bike and ride!  The instructor will lead you through a series of hills, sprints, and flats, all while listening to amazing music!

Cycle & Strength – This class combines the best of both worlds- cardio and strength training! The first 30 minutes of class will take place in the cycling studio, targeting your cardiovascular system and leg strength. The second half will take place in our strength training studio where you will be guided through exercises utilizing handweights/bodyweight to target upper body and abdominal muscles! This is a total body workout!

Cycle & Flow – This hour long class will pair indoor cycling’s intense, calorie-busting cardio workout with yoga. The first ½ of class is spent cruising in the cycling studio, the class concludes with powerful flow Yoga for active stretching and continued strengthening.  This is the perfect fusion class for stability, caloric burn, strength, fluidity, flexibility and breath body awareness.



Zumba® - A fusion of Latin music and easy to follow dance moves that create a dynamic total body workout. Routines feature interval sessions of fast and slow rhythms for a calorie burning, heart-racing, muscle-pumping, body-energizing, “fitness party”!

WERQ - Are you ready to WERQ? WERQ is the fiercely fun dance fitness workout class based on pop, rock, and hip-hop music.  The signature WERQ warmup previews the dance steps used in class and the signature WERQ cooldown includes balance and yoga inspired poses.



Body Works  – Tone your body into a work of art by using a combination of weights, core work, and cardio.

Butts & GutsSafe, fun, and effective moves to strengthen and sculpt the abs, glutes, inner and outer thighs, and the lower back.  (Class may be offered in a 40 or 30 min. format.)

Barre Burn – Effectively strengthen, tone and balance the entire body by integrating the use of the ballet barre, light weights and various props. Students will focus on form and precision while performing small isometric movements as instructors emphasize basic alignment, foundation, and specific muscle actions. Each class includes several highly effective sequences of toning and resistance exercises with an emphasis on the core, arms, seat and thighs.

Cardio Barre - Cardio Barre is a unique, high energy/minimal impact class that combines barre work and light weights with continual fat burning motion. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body. Bursts of cardiovascular exercises are also added to provide a total body, fat burning workout.

Cardio Pump – Add variety to your workout with this intense combination of cardio and weights that is sure to make you sweat!

Couch to 5K - Led by a half/full marathon runner who specializes in starting off new runners, this class will follow closely along with the “Couch to 5k” training schedule.  This class is designed for individuals new to running who want to slowly build stamina and train for a 5k (3 mile run!) in a group setting.   We will be learning proper running form, the best stretches for running, strength training and cross training to prevent injury, and of course, running!  The goal is to be 5k ready by the end of the semester!

HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

INSANITY - INSANITY pushes the participant to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism. INSANITY’s interval training is the pinnacle of cardio training.

Kettlebell Fitness - This kettlebell class will focus on correct form and safety while delivering an intense muscle building work that will leave you breathless!

Power Tone – Add variety to your workout with this intense combination of cardio and weights that is sure to make you sweat!

Tabata/Tabata Blast - This fast-paced, high-intensity interval training class will focus on both strength and cardio, and quickly get you in the best shape of your life! Most classes will follow the :20/:10, work/rest ratio.



Pilates – A pilates based mat class combining core alignment, posture, and flexibility exercises to build strength and to improve flexibility, agility, body awareness and posture.

Yoga/Flow – Increase your strength and flexibility by uniting body and breath. You’ll learn to move with absolute awareness as you flow from one posture to another. The practice becomes a meditation in motion.

Yoga/Gentle – Relax, gently stretch, and mentally settle into stillness in this afternoon class. All levels welcome.

Yoga/Intro –  Introduction to yoga is a great class for anyone who is new to yoga. In a comfortable environment, this class will introduce the fundamentals of a yoga practice, including breath, proper alignment, and poses. This class is useful for those trying to work around injuries or individuals with limited flexibility.

Yoga/Power – A physically challenging form of yoga to tone, sculpt, and improve flexibility and stamina. More of a power yoga.

Yoga/Sculpt – Free weights are added to the yoga sequence, creating resistance and intensifying each pose. Strength-training exercises such as squats, lunges, bicep curls, and tricep curls are incorporated to build lean muscle mass in this total body workout!

Yoga/Wake Up/Sunrise – Wake up with Yoga is a unique blend of yoga styles designed to awaken the mind, body, and spirit, preparing you for the day.

Yolates – Combine the best of Yoga and Pilates, with Yogalates. This invigorating class will work your entire body with a focus on core, flexibility, and strength. Yogalates takes the strength and flexibility exercises of a Yoga class and combines them with the core tightening and strengthening of Pilates.



TRX® Suspension Training -  Suspension  training  is a revolutionary method of leveraged body weight exercises.  Safely perform hundreds of movements that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose.


Aqua Exercise

Aqua Aerobics – Need to spice up your exercise regiment? Break a sweat in the water! The water will provide you great resistance and add an extra challenge to your cardiovascular workout. Appropriate for all levels. Water weights, pool noodles, and boards are also used to add more resistance to the workout. Must be a competent swimmer to participate.
