The fitness program at Campus Recreation Services provides a variety of fun and innovative programs to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle for all participants.
The more the merrier! Whether it’s Cycling, Dance, or Cardio/Fitness, we’ll get your heart pumping and your body jumping. Or slow it down, relax, rejuvenate with our Mind/Body classes. Build your strength with TRX or learn a new sport. We’ve got something for everyone.

As a participant in the Campus Recreation Services Fitness Program, we value your insight and input about our classes. Please take a few minutes to complete a brief online survey to give us your feedback. We will use the results of the survey to better serve the needs and interests of our participants as we strive to continually improve the quality of our programming. The survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete.
Whether you are new to working out and looking to get started, or if you want to improve your strength or performance, our nationally certified trainers will educate you in proper exercise technique and help you create a fun and exciting comprehensive fitness program. For more info Click Here
**FUN FIT FACTS**
As we approach the end of the semester, it is important to remember that exercise is a great way to reduce stress. According to ACE, exercise is a proven stress reducer; research has repeatedly shown that people who are physically active on a regular basis have less stress than those who do not.

Barre classes are coming to our facility this spring! Look out for the following classes on our upcoming Spring Schedule:
Mon/Weds- Barre & Beyond 4:30-5:20pm
Tues/Thurs- Ballet Barre 7:30-8:20pm
