Fitness Program

With four new fitness studios, including TRX and Cycling, there’s no better time to jump into Group Fitness.  Our program offer non-credit group exercise classes that fit your schedule and style.  A wide variety of classes ensures you get your weekly cardio, strength, and flexibility workouts.

FITNESS INSTRUCTOR TRAINING

Our in-house Fitness Instructor Training (FIT) course is your first step to teaching group fitness classes for Campus Recreation Services and inspiring active, healthy living. This course is a combination of lectures on ACE fundamentals and practical applications that will cover the basics of group exercise instruction including format options, anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, injury prevention, cueing and more!

Fall 2015 FIT runs September 22-November 17! Classes will meet on Tuesdays from 3:00-5:00pm.

GROUP EXERCISE

The more the merrier!  Whether it’s Cycling, Dance, or Cardio/Fitness, we’ll get your heart pumping and your body jumping.  Or slow it down, relax, rejuvenate with our Mind/Body classes.  Build your strength with TRX, kettlebells, or strength training classes!  We’ve got something for everyone. PERSONAL TRAINING
