The fitness program at Campus Recreation Services provides a variety of fun and innovative programs to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle for all participants.
The more the merrier! Whether it’s Cycling, Dance, or Cardio/Fitness, we’ll get your heart pumping and your body jumping. Or slow it down, relax, rejuvenate with our Mind/Body classes. Whether you are new to working out and looking to get started, or if you want to improve your strength or performance, our nationally certified trainers will educate you in proper exercise technique and help you create a fun and exciting comprehensive fitness program. For more info Click Here.
FITNESS PROGRAM EVALUATION
As a participant in the Campus Recreation Services Fitness Program, we value your insight and input about our classes. Please take a few minutes to complete a brief online survey to give us your feedback. We will use the results of the survey to better serve the needs and interests of our participants as we strive to continually improve the quality of our programming. FITNESS FUN FACTS
- So far, Spring Semester fitness classes have averaged 425 participants each week
- We have 17 certified group fitness instructors on staff and offer over 30 classes
- This year we will be offering our first in-house group fitness instructor training
