We have lots of ways to get you glowing!  We want you to sweat and feel GREAT while taking classes designed to accentuate your healthy, happy life.

 

GROUP EXERCISE


The more the merrier!  Whether it’s Cycling, Dance, or Cardio/Fitness, we’ll get your heart pumping and your body jumping.  Slow it down, relax, rejuvenate with our Mind/Body classes.  Build your strength with TRX or learn a new sport.  We’ve got something for everyone.

Not sure what to expect in a cycling class?  Take a look….

Spinning classes can provide an intense cardio workout while still catering to participants of all fitness levels. The Campus Rec Fitness Program certified instructors will lead you through a challenging series of courses to maximize your caloric burn. The best part is that you control your own resistance and speed allowing you to continuously progress forward from your current fitness level.

Jump on one of our customizable Lemond Rev Master series spinning bikes and start peddling!
(Class registration or One-Class Pass (space permitting) required to attend any Group-X class.)
