With four new fitness studios, including TRX and Cycling, there’s no better time to jump into Group Fitness.  Our program offer non-credit group exercise classes that fit your schedule and style.  A wide variety of classes ensures you get your weekly cardio, strength, and flexibility workouts.

FITNESS INSTRUCTOR TRAINING Register Here!

Our in-house Fitness Instructor Training (FIT) course is your first step to teaching group fitness classes for Campus Recreation Services and inspiring active, healthy living. This course is a combination of lectures on ACE fundamentals and practical applications that will cover the basics of group exercise instruction including format options, anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, injury prevention, cueing and more!

Spring FIT runs on Fridays. 3:00-5:00pm, February 19 – April 22
Class will not be held on March 11 or March 18.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Whether you are new to working out and looking to get started, or if you want to improve your strength or performance, our nationally certified trainers will educate you in proper exercise technique and help you create a fun and exciting comprehensive fitness program.
