Recruitment Procedures

  1. Attend Recruitment
    Bring UCard
    Application & available positions will be presented
  2. Submit Application Packet
    Provide cover letter, resume, and application
    Resources for cover letters and resumes can be found at Career Services.
  3. Applicant Review
    Packets are reviewed for job preference and best fit
  4. 1st Round Interview
    With Crimson Council members
    Interview will last 20 minutes
    Candidates should come dressed in business attire
  5. 2nd Round Interview
    With full-time Area Managers
    Interview will last 20 minutes
    May require completing practical skill test and provide certifications
  6. Hiring
    Area Managers will contact new hires
  7. University Paperwork
    Complete W4 tax form, present photo ID, SS Card or passport
  8. Crimson Training
    Area training will be determined by Area Manager
